How can I become a Member of OAS?

The membership fee is a one-time payment of S $10.00 only.

Should you wish to join us as an ordinary member,  kindly fill out the form

and send it to our Treasurer, together with a cheque for the payment.

Cheques should be made out to:

 'Ostomy Association of Singapore'

 and mailed together with the completed and signed application form, to:
